40 Cardigan Road

The finishing details on the front are really coming along.  The stucco guys were back to do the crown moulding that wraps around the porch, as well as the detail above the porch roof.  Once the aluminum and caulking are done, the house will really take shape! 

Thom installed the stone and brick this past week.  I'm really liking how the exterior is taking shape.

Elton's crew worked well this week in great weather to get the stucco prepped, installed and finished.  Work is always quick on a bungalow!

The guys from Marsh's Fireplaces delivered and installed the cool linear fireplace.  They are very professional and did not crack a smile at my laughing at the painted warning on the bottom of the fireplace.  "Yes" the installer said, "even with signs, it's surprising where people will screw" (ok, he actually said "surprising where people will use screws" but come on man! Jampa came in the next day to frame the fireplace surround.  Very cool!
